the Vice Chancellor for Research, Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Research, Vice
Chancellor for Finance, Operations, Chief of Staff, and the Chancellor. 听

Most research related contracts will be signed by the interim Vice Chancellor for
Research, Wesley Byerly, PharmD.
听
Contracts with foreign听entities require review and signature by officials in the University
of Tennessee Systems听Office in Knoxville听and are signed by David L. Miller, Chief
Financial Officer.

agreements and material transfer agreements) must be routed through Cayuse听for official signature.听
