Our goal is to provide you with proven strategies that can improve practice efficiency and help you reach the Quadruple听Aim - better听patient experience, better population health and lower overall costs with improved professional satisfaction.听

To navigate this environment, we leveraged the findings from the AMA-RAND study, "Factors affecting physician professional satisfaction and their implications for patient care, health systems,听and health policy," to develop the STEPS ForwardTM听practice transformation series.听 STEPS ForwardTM听offers innovative strategies that will allow physicians and their staff to thrive in the new healthcare environment.
