National Diabetes Prevention Program, Working together to prevent type 2 diabetes.

The Diabetes Prevention program is an evidence-based yearlong program for people who have prediabetes and are overweight or obese. This lifestyle change program helps participants to achieve a healthier lifestyle through diet, increased physical activity and weight loss. UTHSC Health HubS offer DPP classes free of charge.
