Non-exempt Employees
(Eligible for overtime pay and paid bi-weekly)
Non-exempt employees are automatically enrolled in the TCRS Hybrid and no DASH enrollment forms is required. Members will receive notification regarding access to the portal. Upon access to your TCRS account, please update your beneficiary. Â Â No further action is required.
Exempt Employees
(Ineligible for overtime pay and paid monthly)
Exempt employees must select TCRS or ORP within 30 days of hire date. If an election is not made, the employee will be defaulted to TCRS Hybrid.

Complete the enrollment process. Enrollment in your choice of TCRS or ORP will take place in your New Hire-Onboarding

ULPS-John Hancock Enrollment
UT employees who are also employed with UT LeBonheur Pediatric Specialists should
also complete the John Hancock enrollment. Â Once the online enrollment is complete,
a confirmation page must be printed, signed and forwarded to the UT Benefits Office.
Enrollment instructions are provided in the John Hancock Enrollment Flyer. Â
