If you are not registered for courses, your enrollment status will not be reported and your Financial Aid cannot be awarded, disbursed, or refunded.
- You can check the current holds on your account in on your Student Profile page as you login.
- You will see two numbers with dropdown lists in the upper right corner of your student profile.
- The Holds dropdown will provide information on the hold and who to contact to resolve.

- Immunization or CPR HoldÌý– Your immunization records are incomplete.Ìý Please see theÌýImmunization websiteÌýfor information about submitting immunization documentation.Ìý For information about your required immunizations, please log into your account or contact Client Services 1-800-938-6090.
- Student AuthorizationÌý– You must complete and acknowledge all parts of the Student Authorization.Ìý The Student
Authorizations link can be found onÌýÌýunder theÌý link.

- Complete the modules.
