Service Request
1. SET UP AN iLAB ACCOUNT
- iLab is the software system used by the UT Health Science Center to process all core service requests and payments. Visit the Institutional Cores iLab page for instructions on setting up an iLab account.

2. CONSULT WITH THE CORE DIRECTOR
- Contact the PMC Core Director, David Kakhniashvili, for a free consultation before submitting any iLab requests. Dr. Kakhniashvili will need to know project details, sample requirements, and will discuss with you required procedures/services.

3. APPROVE YOUR SERVICE REQUEST
- After your consultation with the Core Director, the PMC will generate a service request in iLab for you to review and approve (or reject).
