Alexa Alana Arnold, MD

Bio
Dr. Arnold grew up in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Sevierville, TN. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Rhodes College, where she later completed a post-baccalaureate program in Health Equity while working as a medical scribe during her gap year. She then attended medical school at UTHSC, making Memphis feel like home for the past nine years! She is married to her high school sweetheart, Chance Arnold, a physical therapist at MidSouth Ortho in Cordova. In their free time, they enjoy thrifting, antiquing, and estate sale hunting, as well as traveling, hiking in national parks, playing pickleball and recreational soccer, and taking walks on Mud Island with their pug, Mochi Bean. Alexa couldn’t be more thrilled to continue her training in Memphis and at Le Bonheur, where she looks forward to advocating for pediatric health equity and ensuring all children receive the care they deserve.

Anna Ashley, MD

Bio
Dr. Ashley was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She received her undergraduate degree in business at Southern Methodist University where she met her husband, Daniel. She then attended University of South Florida where she received a master's in medical sciences before attending LMU DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, live music, and spending time at the beach or near any body of water. She is currently planning to pursue general pediatrics after finishing residency.

Sarah Atkinson, MD

Bio
Dr. Sarah Atkinson was born and raised in South Texas specifically the small town of Portland, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi where she received a BS in Biomedical Science with a minor in Chemistry. Then, she moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas to attend NYITCOM at Arkansas State for medical school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her cat (Lolly), crocheting, baking, and being around any big body of water (beach, river, lake, it doesn't matter).

Mary Bass, MD

Bio
Dr. Bass was born and raised in Brandon, MS. She is a proud alumna of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She went on to obtain a Master of Science in Biology-Medical Sciences from Mississippi College before attending medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Outside of medicine, Dr. Bass enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels, baking, reading, crafting with her Cricut machine, and playing with her cat, Carlisle. She is excited to continue her training in Memphis and looks forward to caring for patients at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Mona Blankenship, MD

Bio
Dr. Blankenship was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), majoring in biology  and minoring in Spanish. She earned her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine. She is excited to start her pediatrics career in Memphis at Le Bonheur! When she is not at work she enjoys running, watching SEC football, traveling, and trying new restaurants with her husband and friends.

Markous Boushra, MD

Bio
Dr. Boushra was born in Egypt and spent his early childhood there before his family relocated to Nashville. He earned a BS in Biochemistry from Lipscomb University before attending medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. During his time in medical school, he experienced what he considers his greatest blessing—meeting his wife, who is a veterinarian. With deep ties to both his family and church community in Nashville, he cherishes every opportunity to visit. Outside of medicine, he’s all about sports—whether it’s soccer, football, volleyball, or pickle ball—and he never misses a good football game.

Hannah Bultman, MD

Bio
Dr. Bultman was born and raised in Cary, NC. She attended undergrad and medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In between her studies, she taught 8th grade math for three years at Berryhill in Charlotte, NC. Memphis has quickly become one of her favorite places. She misses the chickens she raised in NC and still claims the title "chicken mom", but she is also a dog mom to Lyla June and currently is fostering a snake. She enjoys art of any kind, music, gardening and anything outdoors, and watching hockey and football. She plans to further her career in neonatology or pediatric emergency medicine.

Trent Clark, MD

Bio
Dr. Trent Clark is from Houston, TX. He completed his undergraduate studies at Houston Baptist University before attending Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical training. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing board games, diving into LitRPG books, and petting every good doggo he can find. His love for arts and crafts led him to become an amateur crocheter and dabble in ceramics. His favorite part of pediatrics is building meaningful relationships with families and helping children thrive at every stage of development.

Bio
Dr. Connor was born and raised in Austin, TX. She received a B.S. in Neuroscience from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and earned her MD from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Long School of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys reading, kayaking, and spoiling her nephews. She is thrilled to return to Memphis, now as a resident, 7 years after completing the Le Bonheur/Rhodes Summer Plus Child Neurology Fellowship in college and 70 years after her grandmother worked as a volunteer at Le Bonheur!

Dr. Doan was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He completed his bachelor's degree in biology at Washington University in St. Louis and his medical education at LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, working out, watching Grizzlies basketball, and playing video games. He is excited to return to his hometown and become a part of the Le Bonheur family.

Mark Grigoryan, MD

Bio
Dr. Grigoryan was born in Moscow, but was raised in Yerevan, Armenia where he has his roots. He earned his medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University and pursued specialized training in pediatric infectious diseases. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his twin brother and friends. His interests are constantly evolving, but he particularly enjoys playing checkers, staying active through workouts, and exploring new destinations. With a deep passion for travel, he aspires to visit and experience cultures worldwide.

Dr. Johnson grew up in Nashville, AR. She attended the University of Central Arkansas for her undergraduate degree where she obtained a B.S. in Biology. She attended medical school at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. She loves family time, playing with her two dogs, cooking, being in nature, and trying new restaurants. She is thrilled to start her training at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and start exploring Memphis.

Dr. Jones was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She is a 2015 graduate of Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN, where she received her B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She returned home to Atlanta in 2017 and continued her education at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she earned her M.S. in Medical Science and M.D. degrees. Outside of her clinical duties, KaBrea enjoys traveling, going to concerts, visiting museums, watching historical documentaries and true crime TV shows, and learning new recipes. KaBrea is excited to experience all that the City of Memphis and its people have offer!

Bio
Dr. King was born in Arlington, TX, but she was raised in Andover, KS. She attended the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Psychology. She then attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. Although Kansas holds a special place in her heart, Dr. King decided she wanted to return to the southern United States for her residency training. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cuddling with her cat Sammy, and searching for home décor treasures at local antique stores and estate sales. She is excited to be a Memphian and looks forward to discovering all that her new home has to offer!

Dr. McReynolds grew up in Lincoln, AR before attending Hendrix College, where she earned a BA in biology. For medical school, she attended the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is excited to cross the river into Tennessee to complete her residency training in Memphis!

Dr. Parker was born and raised here in Memphis, TN. She attended Rhodes College in Memphis for undergrad, earning her BA in Psychology and minors in Religious Studies. She then obtained her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. In her free time she enjoys doing pilates, playing with her cat Daisy, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Parker is excited to return home for her pediatrics residency and provide care for the community that she grew up in!

Dr. Petrelle was raised in Walkersville, MD. She received a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and worked in Bethesda, MD and West Jefferson, OH before receiving a M.A. in Medical Sciences and attending osteopathic medical school at the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys martial arts, running, reading, board games, and cooking. She is looking forward to working at Le Bonheur Children's hospital and exploring everything Memphis has to offer.

Dr. Robertson was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She attended the University of Richmond for undergrad where she majored in Chemistry and Computer Science (Go Spiders!). She then returned to Tennessee to attend medical school at UTHSC Memphis. In her free time, Grace Ann enjoys any sort of craft project, hosting parties for her friends, and traveling to new places! She is ecstatic to be staying here for residency at Le Bonheur!

Bio
Dr. Rohlwing is a Tennessee native. Born and raised in Jackson, TN,  he then went on to complete his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Rhodes College. He spent 1 gap year working in PSQI at Methodist University Hospital. He completed medical school at Kansas City University, and also earned an MBA in health care administration from Rockhurst University. In his free time, Seth enjoys cooking, golf, and reading sci-fi/fantasy books. He is also an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

Dr. Salinas was born and raised in Fort Myers, FL. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida before attending St. George’s University for medical school. Passionate about pediatric hematology/oncology, she is thrilled to be training in Memphis and working at St. Jude—a lifelong dream come true. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Salinas enjoys dancing, baking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her tabby cat, Kiwi. She’s excited to grow alongside her co-residents and for all that residency has in store.

Clay Schiebrel, MD

Bio
Dr. Schiebrel grew up in Centerville, OH. He graduated from Wright State University with a BS in Neuroscience before continuing his education at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine where he completed his MD. In his free time, he enjoys a variety of sports from playing golf, volleyball, or basketball, and tries to spend as much time hiking as he can. He also enjoys exploring new restaurants and breweries or playing video games with his friends.

Jennifer Schmidt, MD

Bio
Jennifer Schmidt is originally from Belleville, MI. She went to West Virginia University for undergrad, and she received a BS in Immunology and Medical Microbiology with a minor in Anthropology. During undergraduate, she developed a passion for community health and outreach. She went to Wayne State University School of Medicine where she was involved in free clinics and outreach programs. During her time, she developed an interest in pediatrics and is excited to begin the next steps of her journey. She is considering either hospital medicine or infectious disease for future specialization.

Dr. Spivey is originally from McDonough, GA. She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology for undergrad, where she received a BS in Biology, before earning her MD at the Medical College of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, cross-stitching, and spending time with her husband, Hunter - an internal medicine resident - and their two cats, Milk and Honey. The Spiveys are thrilled to continue their medical education in Memphis!
