Real-World Training at UT’s Center on Developmental Disabilities
A hallmark of the INTEGRATE program is the opportunity for didactics and practicum placements at leading community-based sites. One such critical partner is the UT Center on Developmental Disabilities (CDD) in Memphis. As a federally designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the CDD offers interdisciplinary training, clinical services, and applied research in developmental disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
By training at the CDD, INTEGRATE students gain hands-on experience serving various populations with developmental disabilities while collaborating with professionals from various fields, including psychology, social work, speech-language pathology, education, and health.
