The College of Medicine (COM) Office of Faculty Affairs is dedicated to supporting faculty throughout their academic careers. We provide guidance on recruitment, appointments, promotion, tenure, and professional development, while partnering with academic leaders to foster transparent, supportive, and collaborative processes. Our goal is to help faculty thrive and contribute to a vibrant academic community.
